MOSSBANK LABOUR CLUB - SUBJECT TO PLANNING

The proposal (STP) consists of the development of two new build units totalling 9000 square feet on the grounds of the previously demolished social club. Uses may include cash and carry and storage. The site will also benefit from substantial amounts of parking along with easy access. The site is located within a residential area to the north of the town centre and with good connection to the A571 and A580.
