REDFEARN INDUSTRIAL ESTATE - UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Redfearn Industrial Estate comprises a variety of industrial units. The proposal includes re-roofing existing floor space to create nearly 17,000 sq.ft of storage which could be divided into 2 equal units. In addition, 3 new build units at 2,000sq.ft each would be built, subject to planning, across the communal yard. With a haunch height of 4.5m these would be suitable for storage use. Each unit would have roller shutter access, 7-8 parking spaces and, with existing services located at either side, office space to suit end-user requirements.
